Started in the digibox team, where I successfully designed the flagship Elisa Viihde Premium user experience. After that, as service designer and senior designer, my focus has been to unify the Elisa Viihde experience across platforms. To do this, I’ve organised design sprints, changed our ways of working, and continuously gathered stakeholders to all work on the same goals. Also worked on other Elisa projects, like Etämittaus, the new Elisa shop-concept, and the Elisa Design System, which I made ready to become a multibrand Design System.
